United in Fayette County, PA for one purpose and vision: Bringing hope and restoration to those in need through tangible solutions including housing, childcare, employment, and counseling. Love Fayette's goal is to not just meet your need but to get you back on your feet and on a different path, in a direction that is altogether different. Moving from poverty into purpose.
In 2011 a small group of people gathered at Faith Assembly in Uniontown PA, to pray and discuss how to best serve the needs of Fayette County. From that small gathering a vision was born and over time Love Fayette was developed.
Immediately, Love Fayette began building relationships and partnerships with local churches for the united purpose of showing the love of Jesus in relevant and practical ways. These relationships among Pastors set the course for an organization that would cast a vision to see a great light shine in a land where death casts its shadow (Matthew 4:16). By connecting local churches, community organizations, and businesses, Love Fayette is striving to transform this beautiful county. Through relationships and shared resources, we are rebuilding the broken walls of our communities
(Isaiah 58:12).
